In recent years Xerefa has been asked more and more to film family events like christenings, birthdays, anniversaries, and other numerous types of group celebrations, get together’s, and parties. Hence, we decided to split this service out and put it in to a section of its own. Giving us a chance to let you know that the costs involved are usually a fraction of the price you’d expect to pay for a Wedding or Corporate Video.

This is because the filming takes less time, the editing is usually much less involved and transitions from scene to scene are less frequent. Thus making the final edit of any DVD pretty straightforward and allowing us to keep the costs down.

Hence we’ve put together three simple packages for you to choose from:-

The Silver Event Videography Service £220

This service Includes:-
We sit down with you before the event to make sure we understand all of the key moments you want us to capture on film. We film the entire event as requested Then make a straight transferee of the film footage directly on to DVD with only some basic editing and no music added. Then create a Standard DVD with a basic menu system, and supply you with the master copies of the finalized DVD’s (in a standard presentation cases). (This service is usually to film 2hrs at most, where clients just want a professional to catch all of the event on film)

The Gold Event Videography Service £320

This service includes :
We sit down with you before the event to make sure we understand all of the key moments you want us to capture on film. We film the entire event as requested We edit the footage with limited transitions/fades/wipes etc to make film play smoothly and with a purpose. We add some music & sound effects of your choice to enhance the key moments of the DVD. We then create a Standard DVD with a menu to your specific requirements The produce a master DVD, and supply you with a single master copy of the finalized DVD in a Standard presentation case. (Almost the same as Silver but filming times are usually slightly longer & clients want an edited DVD of the event)

The Platinum Event Videography Service £595

This is more like a wedding video with two camera operators who film the entire event. We use some of the same techniques for this style of video as we do in the wedding videos (some slow motion, varied shots, soft focus) and an enhanced level of editing to supply a breathtaking memento of the event in question. The DVD is edited to create a documentary of the event from start to finish, with the music of your choice and supplied in a wedding style personalized DVD case. (Usually 4 ish hrs Filming at the event, then the creation of a single DVD catching all the key moments)
